Lifestart - Helping special kids. An early childhood intervention program for children with Down Syndrome, Autism, delays in development, or at risk of delay. Based in Sydney, Lifestart is a parent co-operative providing a family-centred approach to the needs of children with disabilities and their families. It is based on the concept of partnerships between parents and professionals.

Channel 7 sports personality Mark Beretta (pictured above with children at Lifestart’s Northern Beaches centre in Frenchs Forest) will MC the annual Lifestart fundraiser, The Sportsman’s Lunch, to be held on Friday 30th March at Dockside, Cockle Bay. Over 200 people are expected at this lunch to support Lifestart, enjoy fine dining and bid on one-of- a-kind auction items.

Guest Speaker is the “voice of rugby” Gordon Bray.

Tickets cost $140 per person or $1400 per table of 10 and are available by phoning Lifestart on (02) 9807 9700.
