Lifestart, a registered charity, provides early childhood intervention and school aged services to children with additional needs, including Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, global developmental delay and rare genetic disorders. Lifestart provides a family centred approach to meeting the needs of children living with disability and their families.  It is based on the concept of partnership with children, families and carers to assist and empower them to participate meaningfully and inclusively in our community.

On Saturday 16 August The Grand Ballroom, Acer Arena will be transported into a winter wonderland for the annual Lifestart Winter Ball. This black-tie evening is a major fundraising event for Lifestart Co-operative and offers an exciting live auction, a silent auction with a great range of items, products and services and fabulous raffles with something for everyone. Kicking off with champagne and canapes at 7pm and continuing with fabulous wine, food and dancing, this is an event not to be missed. Lifestart Winter Ball 2008, Acer Arena, Saturday 16th August

The annual Lifestart Winter Ball is here again offering a magical night of fine wine, food and entertainment.

The Parents & Friends organizing committee is hard at work putting together a wonderful night. A special feature of the evening will be a computerised silent auction system that displays bidding progress on items on the large screen.
