Lifestart, a registered charity, provides early childhood intervention and school aged services to children with additional needs, including Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, global developmental delay and rare genetic disorders. Lifestart provides a family centred approach to meeting the needs of children living with disability and their families. It is based on the concept of partnership with children, families and carers to assist and empower them to participate meaningfully and inclusively in our community.

Occupational Therapist / Speech Pathologist

Pilot Program – Individual Therapy Services Helping Children With Autism (HCWA)

3 Months Fixed Contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent part time position dependent on the success of the program.

2 x 1 day / week (7.6 hours)

Lifestart Cumberland Prospect Spring Carnival 2010
Saturday 4th September 2010

The annual Lifestart Cumberland Prospect Spring Carnival was held at the Grand Pavilion, Rosehill Gardens.

This popular annual event is a time to get family and friends together and enjoy yourself and help the special kids at Lifestart.

Last year we had 200 guests join us and raised in excess of $80,000. This year we aim to have 300 guests and raise in excess of $100,000. We need everyone’s help to do so!
