Lifestart, a registered charity, provides early childhood intervention and school aged services to children with additional needs, including Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, global developmental delay and rare genetic disorders. Lifestart provides a family centred approach to meeting the needs of children living with disability and their families. It is based on the concept of partnership with children, families and carers to assist and empower them to participate meaningfully and inclusively in our community.

Full Time - 1 year locum - replacing Parental Leave (potential to extend contract)

A bowling event for the whole family

Lifestart invites you to attend our special Play for Kids event at Manhattan Superbowl and tickets are free! Ten pin bowling at Manhattan Superbowl is where the fun and the funk of the sixties are reborn in this one of a kind entertainment venue.

To celebrate the importance of play in the lives of children with a disability or delay, Lifestart is holding a very special Play for Kids event at Manhattan Superbowl and you’re invited to bring all your family and friends along. Your bowling package includes one game of ten pin bowling plus a great selection of gourmet pizzas as you bowl.

Save the date for Lifestart Inner West’s Twighlight Markets

WHAT: Come along and support Lifestart by shopping at some fabulous outdoor market stalls.

WHEN: Thursday 24 November 2011 from 6 - 9pm.

WHERE: Within the grounds of historic Ardill House at 132 Davidson Ave, North Strathfield.

WHY: To raise funds for Lifestart by a gold coin donation upon entry.

WHO: Everyone in the community is invited to come along or setup their own stall.

FOR STALL HOLDERS: Setup from 5.15pm with trading from 6 - 9pm. All stall holders are required to supply their own tables or display racks. The fees are just $40 for stall holders with their own public liability insurance or $45 for stall holders without insurance.

Eligible products for this event include gifts, jewellery, handbags, fashion, shoes, accessories, arts and crafts, DVD’s and CD’s, home wares, cakes and jams, room decor and much more. For this event all stalls are required to have items available for customers to purchase and take home with them on the night.
