Level of Experience:


  • A qualified Speech Pathologist.

Level of Experience:


  • Recognised qualification in special education, allied health or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in early childhood intervention.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, in particular the ECEI approach.

Practice Lead, Behaviour Support

Location:


  • Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.

Employment:

Permanent full-time position, 38 hours a week.

Level of Experience:


  •  Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in discipline-specific direct service provision.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilising positive behaviour support frameworks to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
  • Solid experience working collaboratively with children and young people with disability, their families, and carers.
  • Experience in contributing to Restricted Practice Authorisation panels.
  • Well developed knowledge of person-centred approaches within family-centred practice.
