Reporting to the CFO and based in Rhodes, this hands-on leadership role is responsible for quality, safeguarding and compliance across the organisation. You will oversee the Quality Management System, NDIS compliance, audits, incident and complaint management, child safety, privacy obligations and contract compliance, while driving continuous improvement and strengthening a culture of accountability.
Key responsibilities

Lead and enhance the Quality Management System in line with NDIS Practice Standards

Manage NDIS compliance, audits, registration and corrective actions

Oversee escalated complaints, reportable incidents and investigations

Analyse quality, risk and performance data to drive improvement

Maintain policies, procedures and quality frameworks

Build organisational capability in safeguarding and compliance
Key Selection Criteria
-
Relevant qualification in business or related discipline

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar quality/compliance role (ideally NFP or disability sector)

Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and child protection legislation

Experience managing audits and internal investigations
-
Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening clearance

Current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia
