What is Open Play?

Open Play is a supported playtime and social activity for children living with disability or developmental delay, their siblings, parents and carers.

It offers an inclusive environment for children who have not yet started school.

Our early childhood professionals engage children in social and play activities that support child development

Parents and carers can meet other families, get new information and exchange ideas. Grandparents, brothers, sisters and friends are welcome.

Open Play sessions are held weekly at a number of Lifestart centres and community settings.
