Phone screenings

If shortlisted, a team manager will conduct a phone screen to learn more about your background, skills, and experience, and to answer any questions you have about the role.

Interview

If selected for an interview, our P&C team will contact you for an in-person or online interview. We recommend you familiarise yourself with our organisation, services, and the disability sector. The interview allows you to meet key people at Lifestart, discuss your experience and knowledge, and ask any questions about Lifestart and the role.

Reference checks

If you progress to reference checks, it means we must really like you! We require at least two professional referees, preferably a clinical supervisor from a recent placement or a direct manager if you are currently working in a relevant role.
