Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Early Childhood Coordinators to deliver high-quality, family-centred services. 
  • Day-to-day operational leadership across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, leave and expense management, work-from-home arrangements, performance and development, and offboarding. 
  • Oversee client allocations and caseload management to ensure effective and timely service delivery. 
  • Build strong relationships with families, community stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes for children and families. 
  • Monitor service quality, compliance and performance in line with NDIS requirements and organisational standards. 
  • Manage complex client matters, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support a positive team culture through supervision, mentoring and professional development. 

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience working as a Partner in the Community and a strong understanding of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. 
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Allied Health, Community Services, Social Sciences or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within disability, early childhood or community services. 
  • Strong knowledge of intervention, child development, and family-centred practice. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems and drive service excellence. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and client management systems; Echidna and NDIS CRM experience is highly regarded.
