The announcement by the Premier Gladys Berejiklian about a further extension of the lockdown, and the increasing COVID-19 case numbers over the past week, indicate that it is likely we will be in this situation for some time to come.
To ensure everyone’s safety and to provide some certainty for staff and families/carers, Lifestart has made the decision to continue our current arrangements until the end of September 2021. This means that Lifestart services will be delivered online only, and no face-to-face visits are possible until further notice.
The Lifestart staff working with you and your family can continue to provide supports to you through online sessions, phone, and email.
Lifestart staff are now very experienced in delivering services online and have achieved many positive outcomes for children, young people and families/carers.
