COVID-19 update for clients and families/carers

As we continue to have no cases of locally acquired COVID-19 infections in NSW, Lifestart has reviewed our services in line with the most up to date advice from government. The health and safety of you, your family and our staff continue to be our priority.

We still have a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place which outlines the key steps we have taken to create and maintain a safe environment for our staff, our clients and our community. This means that:

  • we will check that everyone is well and healthy before the appointment time
  • we will maintain hygiene and physical distancing arrangements during appointments
  • staff members may wear a mask.
