On 11 September, we participated in Day Two of the NDS ‘Outside the Box’ conference.
Day Two focused on how the disability sector is planning and preparing for the changes needed to build the workforce the NDIS requires. As one of the exhibitors, we showcased our Online Learning and Practice Hub that we launched in February of this year.
The Hub is an interactive online platform where our staff can connect, network and find the resources and information they need to support their work with children, young people and their families/carers.
Our Hub brings together a range of professional resources including webinars, podcasts, factsheets, research and learning modules. It includes both Lifestart-developed resources and external information representing current best practice within the sector. Information is updated regularly. All staff are encouraged to take the opportunity to share the information and resources they find most useful in their work.
