11 October: Getting it right with school meetings – Achieving greater outcomes

The transition to high school is often a stressful period for young people. The change in environment, daily routine, academic structure and expectations is challenging for many students with a disability. This webinar will explore how important it is for a young person to have a vision for their life journey in mind and to be able to voice their choices during this transition.
