About the Opportunity
As an Early Childhood Coordinator (Key Worker), you’ll support families who have concerns about their child’s development by delivering family-centred early childhood intervention through the NDIS Early Childhood Approach. This opportunity is ideal for professionals from:

Key responsibilities
- Conduct observations and developmental assessments in natural environments
- Partner with families to identify goals and priorities
- Deliver short-term early intervention strategies
- Coordinate referrals to mainstream and community supports
- Prepare reports and manage your allocated caseload
- Work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
- Support smooth transitions and continuity of care for children and families
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with disability.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in your field (Early Childhood, Allied Health, Team Leadership, or Business Services).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt to varied roles, responsibilities, and flexible work arrangements.
- Values-driven approach aligned with Lifestart’s mission and principles.
- Understanding of NDIS frameworks and/or disability support practices is desirable.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
