Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to delivering high-quality support and services to children and young people with disability.

  • Participate in planning, coordination, and implementation of programs, interventions, or administrative support (depending on your role).

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks.

  • Support internal initiatives for continuous improvement, professional growth, and innovation.

  • Uphold a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people with disability.

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in your field (Early Childhood, Allied Health, Team Leadership, or Business Services).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ability to adapt to varied roles, responsibilities, and flexible work arrangements.

  • Values-driven approach aligned with Lifestart’s mission and principles.

  • Understanding of NDIS frameworks and/or disability support practices is desirable.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
